Please call or request an appointment with myself or the other therapists at Sincere Counseling, LLC. I approach counseling from a person-centered, humanistic perspective, in which a vital aspect of the counseling process is the therapeutic relationship. I offer services to clients from a variety of backgrounds and with many presenting concerns, including but not limited to: life-stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. I am trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy, which is helpful for addressing trauma or distressing memories.
