Therapist Overview
It is common for people to need support during major life changes. I offer an empathetic and nonjudgmental context to process and make meaning of these life transitions. I am drawn towards treatment modalities that are collaborative, person-centered, and non-shaming. I use an attachment-based lens to work with new parents, couples, and grief/bereavement. I draw from Motivational Interviewing to work with individuals seeking to make meaningful life change; IFS and Mindfulness to promote self awareness and capacity. Everyone can benefit from a therapeutic relationship. It’s my goal to improve access to counseling and reduce the stigma associated with reaching out for help. I am currently taking new clients on a sliding scale basis.
