I am experienced in providing individual and group psychotherapy to address depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms, substance use, family and life stress. I have 20+ years of experience working with adults to include veterans, women, individuals with chronic illness, substance abuse and geriatrics. Although taking the first step toward change can be difficult, I am here to help you through the process using a caring and non judgmental approach. I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate work and school schedules.
