If you’re in need of support during this time of social distancing, please give me a call! Leah Oklan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She also practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ACT Therapy. Leah works primarily with adults to address a range of issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment issues/life transitions, fears/phobias and trauma. I work from a strengths-based perspective, supporting you throughout the therapeutic process. I believe that the course of therapy should be individualized, strengths-based and driven by the person served.
