My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to process the issues bringing them to therapy. I view therapy as a collaboration between the therapist and client, coming together to create therapy goals, rather than utilizing a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

I operate from a client-centered, health at every size, feminist, and trauma-informed lens. I am passionate about and experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, providing affirming mental health care. I am also a registered yoga teacher, and love incorporating adaptive yoga and meditative practices as resources for mental health.

While I work with a multitude of concerns, my areas of specialization include trauma, eating disorders, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and chronic illness. I strive to maintain a non-judgmental, safe environment for all clients.
