Does your child struggle at home, childcare, and/or school? I specialize in working with children and their families to reduce problematic behaviors such as aggression, anxiety, depression, and social concerns. I work with the child and their families to increase coping strategies and functioning in their lives. I believe there is a need behind behavior and once that need is addressed, new positive behaviors can develop. I have experience working with children and adolescents (ages 2-18) in many settings including residential treatment, juvenile detention centers, and outpatient clinics. I have training in play therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Client Centered Counseling, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
