I always feel honored when others entrust their story with me, and it is my goal to offer a safe, supportive environment in which to do so. I provide individual therapy to adults, some of whom may be experiencing a significant life transition. Others may be managing acute or chronic symptoms that have affected their quality of life. I commonly work with issues related to depression, anxiety, grief/loss, panic disorder, and multicultural and gender identity. My role is to work with you in defining the issues you seek to address, and in identifying positive coping skills to manage internal and environmental stressors. I believe everyone has a well of strengths upon which to draw. I hope to support you as we foster these strengths.
