Therapist Overview
I think therapy should be a safe place where you can go to be completely genuine and someone meets you right where you are and helps you take the next step towards being a better version of yourself. Whether you want to feel less anxious, less depressed, more optimistic or less burdened by past experiences, it’s an honor for me to be a person you trust to help you through that process. I have been a Counselor since 2014 and have worked with teens, adults and families dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, adjustment/transition, trauma, self-esteem, family conflict and self-discovery as well as other issues and I am LGBTQ affirming. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are. I practice with the belief that we all do the best we can with the information we have at the time. My job is to help you learn more about yourself and who you want to be and then figure out what that journey looks like and support you along the way.
