Something’s not right, and maybe you can’t quite put your finger on it. Perhaps you’re struggling with depression (sadness, disinterest) or worrying about something more than you’d like to. Perhaps that memory you hate just won’t leave you alone. Maybe you’re having difficulty talking to your spouse, or mom, or brother. Perhaps you’re feeling distant from your spouse, but you’re just not sure why. If any of these resonate, I’d like to offer my help. While any one of these can feel like it’s too much, I’d like to tell you that there is help. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and on and on. These are treatable disorders. Therapy, and sometimes medication, can help you get back to the life you want to build.
