Therapist Overview

It is my belief if you are not where you want to be in some aspect of your life that you have complete control to change “something” in order to improve where currently are and to “feel better and be better” both mentally and physically. I have spent the past eighteen years working in a variety of setting with a variety of clients helping people do just that “be better.” The road to this will look very different from person to person, but the end result is the same “positive change.” I have been trained as an EMDR therapist for sixteen years and use this training to help teens and adults process trauma, manage pain, lose weight, enhance their performance, and, improve their daily functioning. This combined with cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and sand tray I have helped people facilitate change to meet their goals. Please go to my web cite to see my specialities and complete background information. I am accepting new patients and look forward to working with you
