Jan Horner

I believe that an authentic, caring, and strong connection between therapist and client is essential to facilitate meaningful change and it is an honor to be invited to participate in another person’s transformational journey. My role as a therapist is to not only help clients heal the inevitable relational wounds, but also to help them cultivate the resilience to live life with courage, compassion, and clarity. I seek to help clients find the changes they seek by responding to the needs and challenges that emerge during our work together. As a therapist, I strive to build an authentic and healing relationship that fosters trust and growth. I will listen and respond as a non-judgmental witness trying to understand how all the parts of your experience affect movement toward your desired goals.
