Change can be a difficult and scary thing, but the desire to change and the result of change can overcome any difficulty. My goal is to help facilitate that change. My goal is to offer a judgement-free and safe space for you to begin your journey to change and grow. I have extensive experience working with children and families, providing psychoeducational services and therapeutic services. My desire is to help create and foster an environment that will encourage growth and change. Utilizing psychoeducational, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and a strengths based approach, together we can identify target areas for change and growth and determine the appropriate methods to get to your desired change destination. Together we will identify needs, develop a treatment plan specific to those needs, and determine goals. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, my goal is to help utilize your strengths and navigate your environment in an effective and healthy way in order to deliver that change you are seeking.
