I know it can be difficult for some clients to seek and maintain services due to various factors. So I am understanding of the reluctance some people may experience in seeking and maintaining services. Let’s Talk, I am here to assist and support you, help you gain insight to your inner strengths, help you identify your triggers and your goals. By establishing a client/therapist working relationship I am here to assist and support you through the various phases and the challenge of your recovery. My experiences working on several psychiatric units and in the child and adolescent psychiatric out patient clinics, and various community settings have availed me the opportunity of using various recovery modalities.
