Therapist Overview
I help people uncover and embrace their authentic self. Self-discovery is a process that happens all the time throughout our lives. When we truly know ourselves, we can live our lives more intentionally and with a sense of empowerment. I might be a good fit for you if: 1) You find yourself in the Supporting character role and want to be the Lead, 2) You are an LGBTQ+ Young Adult or Adult (or newly exploring this identity), 3) You identify as creative, 4) You have difficulty with self-esteem and anxiety, 5) You are a young person at a crossroads. As a Bi+ therapist, I have a unique appreciation for the bravery it takes to remain curious about yourself and live authentically. I will gently challenge you to examine where you’ve been, where you are presently, and where you’d like to go. I view my role as a wayfinder for growth and change. I will help you develop insight and hold kindness for yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #77273) with a Master of Social Work degree from USC School of Social Work. I worked for several years in community mental health. I currently work at UCLA. Outside of work, I enjoy drawing and illustration, rollerskating, and spending time in nature. I identify as Bi+ / Queer. I feel honored to do this work.
