This is where I love to start sessions with clients because you are the expert on being you, and I want to assist you in achieving your goals, whatever they may be. I am trained in a number of different modalities in order to provide a therapeutic process that is unique to each client. I have worked in the mental health field for 14 years and have been a clinician for the last 9 years. I primarily work with men, women, teens and couples and have experience working with members of the military and Veterans. I am well versed in working with clients with mood, anxiety, trauma disorders, anger/stress management and self esteem issues.
