Therapist Overview
I believe that the complexities of today’s world can get in the way of becoming the person, spouse, and parent we envision. I have dedicated my career to understanding and resolving these complexities so my clients’ visions can become reality. I received a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2001 from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University. I specialize in marital therapy, divorce and separation, and co-parenting, and I have treated hundreds of clients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health difficulties. Whether you choose to attend counseling alone, as a couple, or as a family, taking the first step is hard. If you are experiencing challenges related to divorce, separation, co-parenting, or anxiety, depression, or other emotional difficulty, we can help.
