Through counseling, I help young adults identify their strengths as well as areas that need attention as they set out to achieve their goals. Although everyone’s life experiences are unique, common areas of focus include: depressed mood, fostering self- compassion and empathy for self, difficulty separating from family, toxic relationships, trauma and loneliness.
