Therapist Overview
**Not currently accepting new clients**. I work with adults and teens navigating depression, anxiety, trauma histories, grief, relational difficulties, and identity development and exploration. I am particularly passionate about working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence, as well as queer and trans youth and adults. I aim to support individuals in exploring their various intersecting identities, and work from a recognition of the interplay between our environments, sociopolitical conditions, and internal worlds. I utilize a relational, somatic, trauma-informed framework that honors each individual’s agency, self-determination, and innate capacity for resilience. I support people in accessing safety within their bodies, and work collaboratively with my clients to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship, which will serve as a vehicle for healing. I am committed to providing a compassionate, warm space for you to explore your needs and access the support you deserve.
