Therapist Overview
I help clients release limiting beliefs and pain from past experiences. If you are feeling held back by your past, low on energy, or frustrated with your inconsistency in motivation, we will be a good fit. The approach I use is called NARM, the NeuroAffective Relational Model, and it is a body-based psychotherapy. Together, we will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals, and work to release the pain tied to the old pattern. My approach is gentle and compassionate, and creates the conditions for you to reconnect to your authentic self. My specialty is complex-PTSD, which causes mood issues and difficulty in relationships. My approach treats the root of these issues: the old emotions that got stuck in our bodies. With the emotional completion model, you will heal the pain tied to limiting beliefs, freeing you to move forward without them. If you feel held back by your past, I am here to help. Unlike telling your story all over again, NARM helps you free up energy to create what you want in your life. I have worked with many clients on their recovery path, and I would love to talk with you about yours.
