If you are struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic event, the death of a loved one, or as a result of difficult experiences in childhood, I am here to help. We can work together to reduce the anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and physical health challenges you may be experiencing. As a therapist, my job is to support your natural capacity to heal from adversity, increase resilience, and become more fully yourself. For many people who have lived through traumatic experiences, safety is not a familiar feeling. Developing a trusting therapeutic relationship is my top priority. In this environment of safety and respect, self-discovery and healing can take place. I work by integrating traditional talk therapy with body-centered and creative strategies.
