Since earning my Master’s degree in 1999, I’ve received continuing education in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, trauma, parenting, mental health law and ethics, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, suicidality, personality disorders, and psychopharmacology. I’ve been in private practice in Kirkland since 2016. Prior to that I spent ten years in a well-established group practice on the Eastside; was on staff at Group Health Central Behavioral Health (now Kaiser Permanente); and coordinated a treatment for depression study at the University of Washington Department of Psychology.
