Having worked for many years in hospice and palliative care, I am constantly amazed at the strength and resilience that people have – especially when facing difficult life situations. I have a strong desire to continue working with people who are facing grief and loss issues, serious illness, anxiety, stress and trauma. My goal is to partner with you during your life’s challenges and to help you to find your strength and resilience to cope, heal and live fully. Knowing that healing is a mind, body, spiritual experience, I strive to incorporate modalities suited to achieving balance and the return to a full life. No matter how difficult our life’s challenges may be, I believe the burden of those challenges is lessened with the support of others.
