Then you’ve come to the right place. My style and therapy are directed toward what resolution and changes you want. However, the way we do this is not through traditional talk therapy alone. Art, music, activities, hand-outs, readings, charts and diagrams, or therapy animals are all part of your therapy experience. Using my experience as a teacher, nurse, and therapist, I can offer you a safe space and creative avenue to support, encourage, and facilitate an opportunity to “be who you are” in your work environment or in your family. Brene Brown says, “We are wired for connection” and it so happens, I am a “wiring” specialist! I will work as hard as you do!
