Therapist Overview
Feeling down, hurt and alone causing you to feel frustrated and drained, let me help. I understand that it is very difficult to ask for help as we often feel we can do this on our own. I have been helping people for over 20 years and I would love to have the privilege of helping you achieve some peace and to reach your goals. I will work with you to obtain relief from internal or external pain, to gain a sense of meaning and purpose in your life that we all strive to achieve. Since graduating from Gonzaga University in 1999, I have worked with various positions relating mental health and chemical dependency working with both adolescents and adults in both residential and community services providing both on individual and group sessions. Each position has allowed me to grow as an individual and as a counselor. As a modality, I adhere to cognitive behavioral therapy, existential and logo therapy techniques and the best therapy is the relationship between myself and the client.
