Therapist Overview
I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive atmosphere to help you explore and find your authentic self and voice. I believe in tailoring the treatment to the individual and am comfortable using mind-body techniques and Cognitive-behavioral interventions as needed for anxiety, depression, relational issues and substance use concerns. But I ultimately believe that the therapeutic relationship is our greatest toool for change. Of special interest to me is working with couples and other relationship dynamics. I have post-graduate training in Gottamn therapy – a method developed and backed up with decades of research. I am working towards my Sex Therapy certification and can help with relationship issues from from mismatched libido to consensual non-monogamy as well as individual concerns around sexuality or gender identity. I am LGBTQIA + and Kink friendly. When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I’m hiking with my dog, Wookie (who is in training to be a therapy dog!). Or working on my 13 acre homestead in Conifer, CO where I live with my partner, three children, two dogs, two cats, bunny, seven goats, twenty chickens and four pigs.
