Therapist Overview
I work with individuals, couples, and families from a systemic, client focused and strength-based perspective. I have worked with individuals with an array of issues as well including anger issues, relationship conflict, grief and loss, as well as trauma. I utilize play, art, CBT, and Narrative therapy to assist in working on all the stuff that bogs us down. Everyone has a story-let’s work on making yours even better! Throughout the years I have also been fortunate to gain work experience that has allowed me to meet and work with families, seniors, students, and adolescents in an array of settings. It is my passion to work with elderly, individuals with disabilities including IDD and TBI, adolescents, as well as couples, and LGBTQ population. I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family therapy at Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL in July of 2014. In April 2012, I received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Theatre Performance at North Central College in Napervill
