Therapist Overview

I work with couples, individuals, and families who are hoping to overcome interpersonal conflict, strengthen relationships, and process difficult transitions. My areas of focus include multicultural concerns, immigrant, first-generation, and second-generation American families, young adult issues, teens and parents, relational concerns, life transitions, creatives and artists, chronic illness or medical issues, concerns related to gender and sexuality, and couples and families impacted by autism. I approach therapy from a relational standpoint, with the aim of building an atmosphere of trust, safety, and non-judgment. I hope to offer a collaborative space where couples, individuals, and families may better understand the patterns that echo throughout their lives and relationships. I also seek to empower clients who may feel “stuck” and unsure of how to move forward, whether in a relationship, career, or stage of life. I offer sliding scale fees based on income.
