Therapist Overview

Are you experiencing overwhelming emotions about your life choices or are uncertain what next steps to take in your life? Are you contemplating a divorce or recently divorced and feel like you need more guidance during this difficult time? Life coaching uses some of the same practices as traditional therapy, but is mainly focused on goal setting, collaboration, positive psychology and working sessions that provide small steps to help move you forward. I have a Masters in Public Health, an BA in Psychology and a Masters certification in Marriage and Family therapy. I specialize in solution focused brief therapy and narrative therapy to provide you strength based skills to use during this time to help you meet your short and long term goals. I am accepting new clients and I am available for both in person and teletherapy sessions.
