We are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with children and families in foster care and adoption as well as those with trauma. We use different modalities such as art, play, sensory integration and Theraplay techniques to help families heal and find happiness together through an Attachment Focused approach. We are able to provide support and techniques to utilize in the home and school, as well as suggested dietary and lifestyle choices so that the child and family can be successful and supported in all environments. Our therapy experience has been with individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, foster care and adoption. We have completed Theraplay Level 1 and DDP Level 1 & EMDRtraining . We work with families to strengthen existing relationship and repairing relationships. We look at not only the child’s trauma and attachment history, but the parents also.
