If you struggle with mental health related issues, family and/or relationship difficulties, unresolved trauma or interpersonal challenges, I am here to help. I enjoy working with clients who are invested in making changes to help improve their lives. I am experienced and well versed in taking on challenging cases and relational dynamics as well as helping those struggling with day to day struggles. If your goal is to be a better parent, a better partner, improve your family relationships, develop better self awareness and/or understand the underlying mental health issues that impact your life, please contact me. I have extensive experience working with kids & families. Most recently I was the therapist at a group home for adolescent placed out of their homes & with extensive mental health & trauma related issues, specifically sexual trauma. I am well versed in treating trauma related issues & mental health diagnoses including PTSD, ODD & Anxiety disorders. I have been working with kids & their families in the Missoula community for the past 10 years. I believe in the therapeutic process, the ability to heal, capacity for change & the reality that we all experience difficulties that are hard to face. My goal is to provide a safe space to help others face their personal challenges & improve their quality of life
