Therapist Overview

I specialize in adventure therapy, marital/couples counseling, adult/individual counseling, grief/loss, depression, spiritual development, men’s issues, and adolescent counseling. I have clinical experience working with all ranges of mental health issues and a wide variety of clients, including youth, teens, adults, couples, and families. I employ a 3-phase approach to counseling: Story, Warfare, and Restoration. Story is understanding who I am working with; their background, personality, and strengths. Warfare is identifying problem areas and collaborating about how we might address them. Restoration is finding way to living life to the fullest extent. I am a Christian counselor. However, I respect that faith is a very personal issue and I will only incorporate spirituality into the counseling process when it is welcomed.
