Strong people ask for help. Making that first call is hard and talking with someone you don’t know feels daunting! But it’s that first step of asking for help that can change your life. Every person comes to therapy with different needs and not one technique works for everyone. I try and meet the client where they are so that together we can find solutions for their problems. I offer alternative ways to work-some people enjoy doing art, others like to write and some want to just talk. I am EMDR certified which can be helpful for trauma or limiting beliefs about oneself.
