I provide mental health counseling to adults who are on the autism spectrum, who have a developmental disorder, or who identify as neurodiverse. While my work with each client is unique to their individual needs and aspirations, my goal for each client is to help them cultivate their best life. Many of my clients come to me with challenging circumstances or conditions that may be beyond their control. Together we identify their values and goals and creatively cultivate solutions, inspiration, and skills so that they may continue to walk toward the direction of who and what is important to them. It is my personal belief that a life worth living is a life of great purpose and meaning, and that each of us, no matter what our conditions, may achieve this in our lives.
