We all have the ability to find effective and sustainable solutions to life’s challenges, and I enjoy providing unconditional positive regard and understanding that leads to discovery of your self-determination and resilience. I have experience utilizing mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other techniques that can help transform traumatic experiences into strength and confidence in your ability to engage in the rest of your life. In addition to working with individuals to help improve their lives, I’m also passionate about working with attachment concerns in children and families, and I enjoy assisting families with adoption issues and changes in family structure. I’ve also worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor specializing in both disability and career-related issues.
