Navigating dating relationships, figuring out what to do for jobs and careers, trying to make decisions about your education: It’s overwhelming! Add on top of that once you make a decision, you question yourself even more! You wonder if you are lovable enough to keep relationships, or will you be hurt and abandoned. Again. You wonder if the career path or school program you’re working towards will really bring you success and happiness or will you “fail” and be back to square one.
