Annamaria Phillippi

I believe that a collaborative and trusting therapeutic alliance is the biggest and most important agent for self-discovery, self-efficacy, and growth in therapy. My role as a therapist is to provide my clients with a safe space to explore and identify their roadblocks to personal success, celebrate and bolster their strengths, and empower them to challenge the things that get in the way of living their fullest and most authentic lives. I employ an Integrative approach in therapy and utilize a diverse range of counseling techniques and interventions based on the needs of each client, but my theoretical orientation is rooted in Humanistic, Existential, and Cognitive-Behavioral theories. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, traumatic stress, and relationship issues.
