My goal is to provide my clients with science-based tools to manage their anxiety-related concerns on their own over time. My general treatment orientation is cognitive behavioral, with a peripheral focus on lifestyle issues that can impede your progress. Using a disorder-specific, focused approach I can help to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, and other anxiety related issues. In addition to working with adults, I enjoy working with children, and providing parents with the guidance they need to help their child succeed. Following a thorough assessment and diagnosis, we will work together to develop an achievable treatment plan.
