My goal is to assist you to transcend suffering, to lay your secrets down and get rid of toxic shame. My focus for you is self-transformation, to like/love yourself and to be released from isolation. Empathy and confidentiality and a focus on the underlying neurocognitive function of addiction, trauma and recovery are the foundations of my practice. With 30 years in the field, I hold two master’s degrees, one from the world-renowned Hazelden-Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies.
