Therapist Overview

**Now Accepting New Clients** Are you feeling overwhelmed or that life has made you its punching bag? Are you in a transitional phase of life and feel stuck or paralyzed? Has parenthood not been as fulfilling as you dreamt it would be? You are not alone. Many of us face these obstacles and simply need someone to help work through them. I have experience helping adolescents and adults challenge limiting beliefs and achieve true freedom. Many parents have been given the extra challenge of raising a child with special needs. One of my specialties is helping parents of children with special needs navigate their new normal. I have walked that road, and I would be honored to meet you there. I provide a nurturing, non-judgmental space for clients to examine, explore, and ultimately release beliefs or thoughts that no longer serve them. I would consider it a privilege to walk this path with you. I understand the challenges life can throw our way and how overwhelming it can seem at times.
