I’m a conditionally licensed clinical mental health counselor providing therapy to help women, gender non-conforming folks, and people in the LGBTQ community. My approach is collaborative, grounded in the belief that you have strengths we can build on to start making change. I offer a safe space where all parts of yourself are welcomed without judgment. I will share tools &knowledge to help you identify and understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be holding you back from living the life you want. I help people who have been in abusive or traumatic situations explore and work through the effects of past pain or trauma and work towards healing. The people I work with often feel frustrated and exhausted with their patterns of unhealthy behaviors or relationships, who may be the result of trauma and experiences.
