I help women that are pregnant, have just had a baby, have birth trauma, complex trauma and parenting concerns. I’m especially passionate about helping moms with complex trauma and moms struggling with their relationship with their parents. Counseling can be helpful as moms and partners may find themselves in need of support, resources and a safe place to share thoughts and feelings related to parenthood. Having previously worked as a child counselor; I am able to offer unique insights into parenting. I welcome babies in arms and offer Telehealth services as childcare is often a major barrier to accessing counseling. I am board certified from the National Board of Certified Counselors and have worked in a variety of settings from hospitals to crisis counseling to outpatient community mental health.
