I offer a collaborative approach and aim to create a safe and supportive environment that will help clients to increase their psychological flexibility, which includes learning how to live a full and valued life while coping with unpleasant thoughts or feelings. During the course of therapy, I will help guide clients toward their goals through fostering insight and acceptance while also reducing avoidant behaviors. I believe that people have a natural internal strength that I seek to foster through empowerment. My ultimate goal is to give clients the knowledge, insight, and tools to manage their mental health on their own. I work with clients who struggle with many different mental health and stress-related issues. I tend to specialize in anxiety disorders, including Generalized Anxiety DIsorder, Panic Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (including Primarily Obsessional OCD).
