Who I Serve

I am a clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I believe therapy is most effective when we work collaboratively to help deepen your understanding of current or longstanding problems and find ways to help you manage difficult emotions. My goal is for my patients to find productive, practical, and healthful ways forward. I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that is welcoming, non-judgmental, and respectful. With my younger patients, I work closely with parents, guardians, and teachers alike. My work with patients of all ages addresses issues of anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, loss, and life transitions. My work with children furthermore involves learning issues, ADHD, spectrum disorders, and selective mutism. I have extensive training in both psychodynamic psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
