Who I Serve

I am deeply passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and empowering them to live authentic and fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with maladaptive behavior patterns such as eating disorders and substance abuse, and common co-occurring issues including low self-esteem, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. I provide a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free space to explore thoughts, feelings, experiences, and vulnerabilities. My goal is to engage clients in a process of self-reflection, self-discovery, and positive change in order to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing. I help clients to increase self-esteem, develop an understanding of how the past influences the present, identify and change problematic thinking patterns and beliefs, create a repertoire of healthy coping skills to manage stressors, incorporate practices of self-compassion in daily life, and foster a deeper sense of self-understanding and self-acceptance.
