I’d like to do what I can to make it a little less so by telling you a bit myself and how I approach my work with clients. My goal as a therapist is to help you work through the issues that are bothering you in order for youto move forward to the life you want. Therapy is collaborative, but you’re in the driver’s seat. You set the goals, you set the pace, and you can change the plan when you need to. Coming from both strengths-based and trauma-informed perspectives, I am here to partner and support your growth while doing the work. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have extensive experience working with depression and anxiety, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, Health At Every Size, gender identity, LGBTQ+ folkx, families of addiction, and life transitions. I am dedicated to helping people work through the issues that are keeping them from living the lives they want.
