I am passionate about whole body healing or holistic health. Holistic health includes mind, body, and spirit. I believe this is essential for an individual to experience relief from unwanted mental health difficulties. I believe for most people our feelings give us information about our internal environment and it’s important to learn from them and make changes in our external environment as needed. Action is important when looking to change our relationship with our emotions. Therapy can often help with figuring out what action steps need to be taken to reach ones goals. A lot of work is required outside of session to make changes I work with individuals and couples. My mission is to help clients figure out their own goals by learning to recognize their wants and needs and appropriately share them with others.
