My style is down-to-earth, interactive and grounded in an understanding of the importance of relationships. Together we’ll begin to notice patterns of relating to your self and to others, and discover new ways of connecting. I have experience working with adolescents and adults across a range of concerns: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, family conflict, parenting challenges, issues of identity, grief and loss. I have special insight into the specific needs of creative professionals and people working in the entertainment industry.
