I utilize an integrative approach when treating a variety of adult clients. Having a background in the arts, I am visual and creative with my interventions–pulling from multiple approaches and experiences to enlighten. It has been said that my charisma and warm approach provide compassion and empathy; and I employ a sense of humor when working through a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and general issues regarding coping with life changes. My therapeutic approach has roots in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though I integrate Gestalt, and Psychodynamic approaches, depending on what works best for each individual. My goal is to help you identify strengths, increase self-awareness, and incorporate therapeutic tools to meet your goals for the life you want.
