The process of therapy can take many directions, but always starts with a conversation. To begin, I’ll ask questions and listen carefully as you tell me about yourself. Together, we can begin to understand how things are, how they got to be that way, how you’ve been managing, and in what ways you’d like things to be different. Once I have a sense of who you are and what you want, I will be a committed and caring collaborator on your journey.
