Greetings, thank you for stopping by my page. I am offering teletherapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time. I specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders. To address anxiety, I use Compassionate Mind Training or CMT. CMT focuses on retraining our minds to be flexible. This flexibility is learned through various mindfulness exercises and is designed to guide you to your most compassionate and best self. I also recently received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); which is a well-validated form of trauma therapy. At this time, I am now nearly fully certified. Specifically, I treat anxiety, shame and PTSD, along with exploring how we can connect with your true self. We are far more than our emotional wounding.
